About Vital Leap
My Story
I have over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Business, and Personal Development experience.
During this time I have supported and helped people with positive lifelong habits, increased self-awareness, self-belief and confidence so that they can reach their full potential and thrive in their chosen to reach their full potential and thrive in their chosen career.
In 2020 I left my job as a CEO as I recognised that I had lost my values, principles, confidence, and self-belief. The following months of reflection, l realised four vital things:
- I was not what my inner critic was telling me I was, and I needed to lean into my strengths.
- It can be very hard for people within leadership positions to be authentic to themselves. They often sacrifice way too much and lose even more than they bargained for which ultimately leads to being overwhelmed, burnout, and loss of engagement with self, family and friends.
- I wasn't the only one who had experienced this, and there wasn't much out there to help people overcome these obstacles. I was lucky to find a group of life coaches to guide me through
- My passion and the common trend of my career wasn't working in sports development but in supporting and coaching people to believe in themselves more.
This is why I set up Vital Leap to support and and provide quality leadership coaching to aspiring or current leaders so that they can recognise their value, strengths and purpose to lead themselves first then the people around them.

My Approach
My coaching approach is tailored to each client, as I believe that everyone has unique strengths and challenges.
Before every sign up I have a 30-45 minute free conversation with every client. This is to ensure that I fully understand the needs and wants and if I can help them, the client can ask any questions they want and that we both feel that we can work together. There is no obligation or pressure to sign up.
Once a client signs up I use a combination of assessments, exercises, and one-on-one coaching sessions, impactful questions to help my clients identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them.
Whilst each coaching session is important the magic happens out of the session, when the client can put what they have discovered within themselves into practice.
